The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal. But don’t let the comfortable setting fool you – they take their pizza seriously here! The pizzas are made with the freshest ingredients, topped with amazing flavors and cooked to perfection.

I was particularly impressed by the unique combination of ingredients they use in their pies. Whether you’re craving a traditional pepperoni or a more inventive mix like jalapeno and bacon, Lucy & Sevens has something for everyone.

I also have to give special mention to the service I received at this restaurant. From start to finish, every employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating. They definitely know how to make their guests feel welcome!

#2 Roots Wood Fire

The first time I visited this place, I was in awe. The atmosphere was cozy, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. When my pizza arrived, it was clear that I had made the right decision: the toppings were fresh, the crust was perfectly baked and charred, and the herbs added amazing flavor to the dish. Simply put–it was divine!

I’ve tried their entire menu now and I can confidently say everything is delicious. My personal favorite is their Sicilian pie, which has a generous amount of cheese, olives and onions piled atop a crispy crust. And while they have one of the best pizzas in town, they also serve up some other great dishes like salads and sandwiches.

I would absolutely recommend Roots Wood Fire if you’re looking for excellent pizza in Coeur D Alene! Trust me–you won’t be disappointed!

#3 Pepe Caldo Pizzeria

My first bite into the thin-crust pizza was heavenly. The combination of the cheese and spices was simply divine. The crust had a nice crunch, and held the toppings in place perfectly.

I also tried their deep dish pizzas, which were equally as delicious. The buttery, flaky crust was filled with gooey cheese and flavorful meats. The combination of flavors was out of this world!

The atmosphere at Pepe Caldo Pizzeria is also great; it’s cozy without being cramped or overcrowded, making it perfect for dining with friends and family.

#4 Fire Pizza

I recently visited the restaurant and was immediately won over by its intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. There was a wide variety of delicious pizzas to choose from, all made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The classic pepperoni pizza was particularly noteworthy – it had just the right amount of spice and seemed to be baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it an even more unique flavor.

The toppings were fresh, varied, and plentiful. I also enjoyed their garlic knots which were soft, buttery, and garlicy – just how I like them! The slices were generous in size, too!

Service was also very thoughtful – they provided ample napkins and took great care when packing my order up so that nothing spilled in transit.

Overall, Fire Pizza is hands down the best pizza joint in Coeur D Alene – I’ll definitely be going back for more!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by their friendly staff. The atmosphere was inviting and I could smell the delicious aromas of fresh-baked pizza.

When it came time to order my pizza, I didn’t know where to begin! MOD Pizza lets you choose from a wide selection of toppings, making it simple to create a unique and delicious pizza masterpiece. After much deliberation, I settled on pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers and olives – the combo can’t be beat!

The pizza turned out perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and flavorful toppings. The crust was thin and crispy yet still held up nicely against all those yummy toppings. Truly a masterpiece!

I also got the chance to try some of their salads which were surprisingly flavorful for such a small side dish. They also have a great selection of craft sodas that complemented my meal perfectly.

Overall, MOD Pizza exceeded every expectation I had for them. If you’re looking for the best pizza in Coeur D Alene, MOD Pizza is definitely your go-to spot!

#6 Caruso’s Sandwiches and Artisan Pizza

The first thing that struck me was the atmosphere; it was both upscale and welcoming. The classic Italian décor fit perfectly with the classic Italian-style cuisine. Even the music was appropriate – soft classical and jazz setting a relaxed, sophisticated ambience.

The pizza menu is filled with unique yet delicious options. The pies are prepared fresh and topped with generous portions of high-quality ingredients, providing big flavor in every bite. I particularly enjoyed their specialty ‘Caruso’ pie, featuring a white sauce base and rich toppings like roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese.

I also sampled some of their sandwiches – all freshly baked on-site using homemade breads – and they proved to be just as delicious as the pizza! Every sandwich comes with homemade kettle chips and a pickle spear for a complementary side dish, adding to the overall dining experience.

To top it all off, Caruso’s provides friendly service with a smile from its knowledgeable staff that truly go out of their way to make sure your visit is pleasant one. All in all, Caruso’s Sandwiches and Artisan Pizza definitely deserves its title as one of the best pizzerias in Coeur D Alene!

#7 Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza

I stopped by the Coeur D Alene location for dinner one night, and I was truly blown away. First of all, the crust here is out of this world – it’s so soft and flavorful that it melted in my mouth. Then you add on all the toppings you want, from pepperoni to banana peppers and more – they really have something for everyone. On top of that, you can pick from a variety of specialty pizzas if you’re looking for something a little different.

The pizza comes ready to bake with simple instructions on how to do it at home. After 18 minutes in my oven, I had some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’m telling my friends back home that they absolutely must try Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza if they’re ever in Coeur D Alene. It’s definitely the best pizza in town!

#8 Wonder Crust Pizza & Tap House

The selection here is expansive and includes options ranging from classic pepperoni to more unexpected vegan pies. I’m all about experimentation and loved the chance to try something different. Plus, they all seemed pretty authentic – you can tell they don’t cut corners with their ingredients!

Not only that but the Tap House offers a range of beers and cocktails, making it an ideal spot for kicking back with friends or family. There’s definitely something for everyone here.

And if you’re feeling extra hungry – which happens to me after eating pizza – you can opt for one of their decadent desserts. Note: bring your wallet because these treats come at a premium!

Unfortunately there’s no delivery option, so be sure to make it out there if you really want a taste of this pizza perfection. Still, I’d highly recommend Wonder Crust Pizza & Tap House as a tourist spot in Coeur D Alene – it’s honestly some of the best pizza I’ve had!

#9 Vicino Pizza Neapolitan Style Pizzeria

When I arrived, I was impressed by the modern industrial decor and the attentive staff. The menu highlighted fresh, locally sourced ingredients and flavors from across the globe. After much deliberation, I went with a classic Italian Margherita pizza because it’s my favorite.

The pizza was cooked to perfection – the crust was slightly charred and crispy, while the sauce and cheese were melted together perfectly. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. It’s no wonder why this is one of Coeur D Alene’s top-rated pizzas!

Besides their delicious pies, they also have an impressive selection of craft beers on tap to pair with your tasty meal. In addition, they offer some truly unique desserts that you won’t find anywhere else!

#10 Flame and Cork

The process of finding this magical place was quite an adventure. When I first walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I knew right away that I was in for something special.

The menu options are great – they have some vegetarian options which is always appreciated, as well as a variety of delicious desserts to choose from. And don’t forget about the alcohol! While not always a must, it sure adds to the fun in places like these.

As for the pizza itself, I can confidently say that it is wonderful. The crust is cooked to perfection and the topping combinations will tantalize any taste buds out there.

One downside – no delivery here! That could be a major drawback for some people. But if you’re up for a little bit of traveling, then it’s definitely worth checking out! And once you do, you won’t regret it – Flame and Cork really has some of the best pizza in Coeur D Alene!

#11 Westside Pizza

The crust was cooked to perfection in the wood-fired oven, with a crispy outside and chewy inside. The sauce was flavorful and highlighted the toppings perfectly. The cheese was nicely melted and added great texture to each bite.

The toppings were well chosen, fresh and savory. The pepperoni had just enough kick to compliment the sweetness of the olives and roasted garlic. The combination of flavors was heavenly!

My dining experience at Westside Pizza couldn’t have been better! I’m happy that I can finally say with confidence that this is the best pizza in Coeur D Alene!
