When I first stepped foot in the restaurant, I was wowed by its rustic interior. The walls were decorated with gorgeous art pieces and the furniture had an old-world feel to it – a perfect atmosphere for any pizza aficionado like myself.

The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about all their offerings. After explaining my mission of finding the best pizza in Downtown LA, he highly recommended their famous Picasso Pie – made with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, garlic oil, and parmesan cheese cooked to perfection in a wood-fire oven. And boy, was I glad I took their suggestion! The pizza was cooked to perfection – the crust had just the right amount of crunch and the toppings were flavorful without being overpowering. It’s clear that Pizzeria Bianco takes pride in their pizza.
