My first pizza was their classic Margherita; the tomatoes were juicy and flavorful, the cheese was melted to perfection and the crust was light and crispy. It reminded me of the pizzas I tried in Naples; definitely worth the trip!

The next pizza I tried was the Alla Toscano, which had gorgonzola cheese, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers. The contrast between the mild sweet peppers and pungent gorgonzola cheese made for a delicious flavor combination that was not at all overpowering – just enough for me to keep coming back for more.

I also tried one of their specialties – their Artichoke & Prosciutto Pie. This pie had so many flavors coming together harmoniously: artichokes, prosciutto, mozzarella, cream sauce – it was incredible!

The crust was thin and perfectly crispy, while the sauce had just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. The pepperoni added just the right amount of salty flavor to complete the perfect bite.
