The pizza dough was so light and flaky that I had to double check that it wasn’t a pastry crust. It held up well under the weight of all the delicious toppings, which included onions, peppers, mushrooms, and sausage. The topping combinations were just perfect – as if it had been made to order just for me!
I also can’t forget about the cheese. It was gooey and stringy and creamy at the same time – the exact kind of cheese you want on your pizza.
