The Picozza Supreme Pizza was the perfect blend of savory flavors and fragrant aromas, creating an incredibly satisfying experience from start to finish! As for the Burrito Bites, they were crunchy on the outside and gooey in the middle – a great addition to any meal.

I recently visited to try some of their delicious pies. The restaurant had a casual and inviting atmosphere, which was the perfect setting to enjoy a slice or two.

The ShoreBreak Pizza & TapHouse offers an impressive selection of pizzas made with the freshest ingredients. I opted for the classic Margherita, which was cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. It had just enough char and crunch on the base and the tomato sauce was bright and flavorful.

Their other offerings were also really good – from stuffed crusts with unique toppings to unique flavors like garlic cream sauce and basil pesto. I especially liked their “signature” pizza, which is crafted with four different types of cheese!

All in all, I’d say that Shore Drive – ShoreBreak Pizza & TapHouse really lives up to its reputation as having some of the best pizza in Virginia Beach VA! Whether you’re local or just passing through town, this place is definitely worth checking out if you have a craving for a delicious slice.

#8 Sal’s NY Pie Pizzeria

At first bite, I was blown away. The crust was perfect – crisp and chewy at the same time. Then, the perfectly balanced tomato sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. And don’t even get me started on the cheese! Soft, gooey perfection that melted in my mouth.

The menu here is top notch with all your favorite toppings and unique house creations for that adventurous food critic. My personal favorite is their signature pepperoni and mushroom pie – so flavorful!

Not only do they make great pizza, but you also have to check out their calzones and strombolis. They are some of the best I’ve ever tasted with a great variety of fillings.

My biggest surprise came when it came to service though. Even though Sal’s might be tucked away in a corner of Virginia Beach VA, they offer some of the best hospitality I have encountered anywhere in the world. Everyone there was friendly, professional and accommodating – what more could you ask for?

I can confidently declare Sal’s NY Pie Pizzeria as one of the best pizza places I’ve visited and award them 5 stars without hesitation! If you find yourself near Virginia Beach VA, then this is definitely one place that you should visit!

The atmosphere was great too – it’s got a cozy vibe without feeling cramped (which is quite a feat considering how small the place is!). The staff were all friendly and informative. They really know their stuff when it comes to pizza!

Besides great pizza, Pungo Pizza & Ice Cream also offers a wide selection of ice cream flavors. It’s hard to resist ordering an ice cream after eating all that delicious pizza – but trust me, it’s worth it!
