#1 Goombas Pizza Grinder – 64th and Wadsworth
- Offers dessert
From the moment I stepped through the front door, I could smell the deliciousness of pizza. There’s an area to stand and order which was really helpful for me, since I’m not from around here. The staff there was really friendly and eager to help me decide what to get.
I decided on a large cheese pizza with pepperoni and it was definitely worth every bite! The crunchy crust, thick layers of cheese, and tangy pepperoni made it one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years! It was so flavorful that I found myself going back for more slices.
I also decided to try their famous garlic knots which were incredibly soft and fluffy. I didn’t think they’d be able to match my pizza but they did! They were just as delicious as the pizza itself.
If you’re looking for great pizza in Arvada then Goombas Pizza Grinder – 64th and Wadsworth is definitely your place! This place is definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in town; you won’t be disappointed!

#2 The Bluegrass Lounge – Olde Town
- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
- Nice tourist spot
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the friendly, jovial atmosphere. The staff were prompt and courteous and made me feel right at home. I ordered the signature Bluegrass pizza, which was a delicious combination of ground beef, red onions, green peppers, mushrooms, olives and mozzarella cheese. The crust was perfectly cooked with a perfect balance of crunchiness and chewiness – just like pizza should be!
I also opted for the build-your-own option, so I could get creative! I went for roasted garlic, spinach and artichoke hearts…and it was fantastic! All the ingredients were fresh and of great quality.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail; they take pride in every aspect of their pizzas. The presentation is almost as good as the taste. They even put decorative touches on their pizzas like tiny bluegrass notes!
If you’re ever in Arvada looking for some amazing pizza (which you should be!), then look no further than The Bluegrass Lounge – Olde Town. It’s easily one of the best places for pizza around and will make your heart sing with joy!
#3 Bada Bing Grill
- Offers dessert
- Has a kid’s menu
There’s just something special about this place that makes it really stand out. From the first bite, you can tell they use fresh ingredients and they certainly know how to make a pizza.
The crust is crispy, the cheese is creamy and stretchy, and the toppings are flavorful. They offer a variety of unique topping combinations that will tantalize your taste buds. Plus, their staff is super friendly and helpful in guiding you to their best pizzas.
I’ve been coming here for years and every time I come back for more! #4 The Pie Dive
- Has some vegetarian options
- Offers dessert
The atmosphere is fun, with a dive bar feel. There’s music playing and the staff are always ready to provide great hospitality. Plus, the wait times aren’t too long, which is great when you’re as hungry as I was!
I had their signature “Pie Dive” pizza and it was heavenly. The crust was cooked to perfection and crispy on the edges, while still being soft and chewy in the center. The amount of cheese used didn’t overpower the flavor of the sauce and toppings (I had sausage and mushrooms) but complimented them perfectly. Each bite was more delicious than the last, leaving me wanting more – a true sign of great pizza!
Overall, I cannot recommend The Pie Dive enough! If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Arvada, this is definitely your spot.
#5 MOD Pizza

- Has some vegetarian options
First off, I absolutely love their selection of toppings. From classic Italian favorites like olives and pepperoni to bolder choices like artichoke hearts or pineapple, you’ll never run out of delicious combinations to try! The folks at MOD are also very accommodating when it comes to customizing your pizza – just let them know what kind of toppings you want and they’ll work their magic!
I’ve also been impressed with the quality of the pizzas. The ovens crank up to blistering temperatures, creating a crispy crust on the bottom that’s still soft and airy on top—my favorite way to eat pizza! Plus, their pizzas are always made fresh with high-quality ingredients.
But perhaps what I appreciate most is their commitment to sustainability. All of their packaging materials are recyclable, and they’re striving to reduce food waste whenever possible—kudos for that!
All in all, MOD Pizza is definitely a must-visit if you’re in Arvada looking for one of the best pizza experiences around.

Not only does the restaurant offer delicious dishes, but it has a few bonus features that make it stand out from the rest. The restaurant serves alcohol (yes, even hard liquor!) and offers a kids menu for those family dinners. And if you’re in the mood for something sweet afterwards, they also have desserts to top off the night.
It would be nice if they offered delivery services as well, however that seems to be lacking here. Still, Amici’s Pizzeria & Italian makes up for it by making it a great tourist spot that shouldn’t be missed. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best pizza in Arvada!

- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this restaurant takes pizza seriously. The interior was bright and inviting with delicious aromas coming from the kitchen. Then, when I looked at their menu, I knew that had to try their pizza.
The waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. They told me about all their specialty pizzas and gave me recommendations for toppings. After a few minutes of debate, I settled on the “Meat Lover’s Special” which comes loaded with pepperoni, sausage, beef, bacon, and extra cheese. It tasted even better than it sounded! The crust was perfectly cooked and not overly greasy while the toppings were flavorful and plentiful.
All-in-all I would highly recommend Beau Jo’s Arvada – they have the best pizza in Arvada!
#11 Massino’s Pizzeria
- Has a kid’s menu
- Has some vegetarian options
- Offers dessert
The restaurant’s classic Italian décor has a nice, inviting atmosphere that makes for a great location for pizza-eating. But the real star of the show is the pizza – it’s amazing! The crust was thin and crispy, perfect for folding and eating with one hand. The sauce was sweet but had a nice zesty kick to it, and the cheese was gooey and melted in your mouth.
I tried a few of their signature pizzas, including their Margarita Pizza with fresh tomatoes and basil, their meat-lover’s paradise with sausage, pepperoni, and bacon, as well as their vegetarian option with mushrooms, olives, onions, and bell peppers. Every slice I tried was delicious; the flavors blended beautifully together in every bite.
The staff at Massino’s Pizzeria is friendly and attentive; they made sure I had everything I needed while I ate. And the price was right too – not too expensive considering how much deliciousness you get in return!
If you’re ever looking for some truly great pizza in Arvada, look no further than Massino’s Pizzeria – it just might be the best pizza you ever have!
