I’ve sampled pizza from all across the world, but honestly I’m always interested in finding out what the pizza is like at home. So when I heard about how great Cedar Rapids’ pizza scene was, I dropped what I was doing and immediately set off to find out which of these 11 pizzerias really hits it out of the park.

The first thing that impressed me about Bop’s Pizza is its variety. Whether you want something traditional or adventurous, they have it all – from classic pepperoni to Hawaiian and everything in between! For my meal, I opted for the Bop-A-Roni pizza and it didn’t disappoint! It was loaded with delicious pepperoni and smothered in rich mozzarella cheese.

I was also impressed with the quality of their ingredients. Everything is fresh and top-notch; the crust was flavorful and slightly buttery, while the sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. The toppings were generous, too – no skimping here!

The atmosphere at Bop’s Pizza also adds to the experience. Not only is it a cozy spot but the staff are friendly and helpful as well. They made sure my order was perfect without ever compromising on taste or quality.

#2 Hospoda

The atmosphere of the restaurant is just right––it’s casual and inviting. The staff is friendly and welcoming, too. Plus, it has a great selection of beers and other alcoholic beverages, which can make for an even better meal.

I was happy to find that Hospoda also offers some vegetarian options, and I absolutely loved their dessert offerings. My personal favorite was their decadent chocolate cake!

Unfortunately, they don’t offer delivery service––so if you’re looking to get your pizza fix without leaving the house, you’ll have to go elsewhere. But I’m confident you won’t be disappointed by their in-house experience at Hospoda!

All in all, Hospoda serves up some of the best pizza in Cedar Rapids ––just make sure to do it in person!

#3 Cappy’s Pizzeria

As a food critic, I have to be very picky when it comes to pizza, and Cappy’s didn’t disappoint. The dough was cooked perfectly with just enough crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. The sauce was also excellent, perfectly seasoned and had a great depth of flavor. The toppings were generous and added an extra layer of flavor that made this pizza stand out from the rest.

What really sold me on Cappy’s Pizzeria was the ambiance; it had all the atmosphere of a tourist spot without being too touristy. They serve alcohol which is always nice and they even offer some vegetarian options for those looking for something different.

The only downside I could find about Cappy’s Pizzeria is that they don’t offer delivery so if you’re hankering for their delicious pizza you’ll have to order ahead or make the trip down there yourself.

Overall, Cappy’s Pizzeria has earned my endorsement as one of the best pizzerias in Cedar Rapids!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into Roscoe’s Pizza but I was pleasantly surprised by just how great it was.

The menu has a wide variety of specialty pizzas with toppings that range from traditional Italian-style pesto to more unusual ingredients such as artichoke hearts and Thai chili sauce. No matter what your preference for pizza might be, you’ll find something to love at Roscoe’s!

The crust is always perfectly cooked, with just enough crunch and flavor. The cheese blend is smooth and creamy, while the sauce adds a delightful kick to each bite. Every bite you take speaks of quality ingredients used in the making of Roscoe’s Pizza.

The atmosphere is great, with TVs playing all the latest sports games, and plenty of seating for even large groups. Plus, you can enjoy a nice cold beer or any other type of alcoholic beverage. But more importantly, the pizza is something special.

I was especially impressed with their vegetarian options! They had several different types of pizzas that were tailored to meat-haters like me. Plus, unlike other places I’ve been, they also had desserts for an extra special treat.

My biggest complaint about Need Pizza is that there’s no delivery option available – so if you want to get your hands on some of their delicious pizza, you’re gonna have to make the drive in! Still, it’s worth it – especially if you’re looking for the best pizza in Cedar Rapids.

#6 Tomaso’s Pizza

The first thing that struck me was the smell. The smell of freshly baked pizza wafting through the air was enough to make my mouth water. There were several different types of pizza on the menu, so I decided to sample a few slices of each—and I wasn’t disappointed!

The best part about Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza is that you can customize your own pizza. You can choose from an endless combination of ingredients to make your perfect pizza! No matter what flavour you’re craving, they got you.

The staff at the Cedar Rapids location were also super friendly and helpful – they made me feel right at home! They were happy to answer all my questions and had great suggestions for new pizza creations.

#8 Aroma Artisan Pizza

The atmosphere of the restaurant is spot on — cozy, inviting, and just the right level of hipster. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to provide advice on their unique selection of specialty pizzas or come up with something amazing based on your own preferences.

As for the pizza itself – wow! The ingredients are fresh and high quality, as you’d expect from any good artisan pizza place. The crust was crispy, with an unmistakable char after baking in the wood-fired oven. What really amazed me was the flavor combinations they put together – like my personal favorite, the Fennel Salami & Ricotta Pie. It had an incredible blend of smooth creamy ricotta cheese with spicy salami and finocchio that exploded with flavor in every bite!

All in all, I have to say Aroma Artisan Pizza is definitely one of the best places for pizza in Cedar Rapids. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly unique, delicious experience!

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew this was going to be special. The warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The service staff were so friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

I was absolutely delighted with my experience at Miguels. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to bring family or friends.

But what really sets Miguels apart from other pizza restaurants in Cedar Rapids is its delicious pizza! The crusts are perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right amount of crispy. Plus, the toppings are always fresh, plentiful, and yummy. I have to say that their margherita pizza is especially scrumptious!

The only downside of this great restaurant? They don’t offer delivery service; you have to visit their location for their delicious food. But hey – that also means that you can enjoy your favorite drinks with them as well since they serve alcohol! So it’s definitely worth a stop for some memorable pizza night fun.

The crust has the perfect thickness and texture, not too dense and not to light. The toppings are both fresh and flavorful. And the sauce! Oh man, the sauce is like a gourmet take on a timeless classic.

My favorite part about Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza is how unique they make every pizza I order. No two pizzas are ever the same! I’ve also never had any problem with their ingredients being too greasy or soggy; they always taste just right.

It’s clear that Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza puts extra care into ensuring that all of their pizzas come out delicious every time. Even if you’re picky about your pizza – give it a try, you won’t be disappointed! It’s the best pizza I’ve found in Cedar Rapids so far, and it’s definitely worth every penny.
