I placed my order for a classic pepperoni and not-so-classic jalapeño pizza. After only a few minutes of watching their open-flame ovens at work, both pizzas were ready! I’m happy to report that my first impression was a good one: the crust was nicely charred, the vegetables were crisp and the cheese was melted to perfection.

But what really won me over was their unique twist on pizza toppings. Instead of traditional pepperoni, they use up more flavorful chorizo. And the jalapeños weren’t just thrown on top – they were grilled so that each bite had just enough heat without overpowering everything else.

In conclusion, Blaze Pizza has some of the best pizza in Charlotte North Carolina! The flames of their open-flame ovens bring out all the flavors and make for an unforgettable experience. If you’re in town, don’t hesitate to give them a visit – you won’t be disappointed!
