#1 Piccolo Sogno
- Has insanely good dessert
- Serves alcohol
- Has a kid’s menu
I’m not one to gush, but the crust at Piccolo Sogno is incredible. It’s perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully puffy on the inside. The flavors of the different toppings blend together beautifully and don’t overpower each other at all.
I loved their marinara pizza! The tomato sauce was sweet, zesty, and the olives added a nice briny kick that really elevated it. The cheese was melty and had a great depth of flavor. All in all, it was an absolute delight.
For something a bit more indulgent, I tried their pepperoni pizza with extra cheese- another winner in my book! The pepperoni had just enough spice which complemented the gooey cheese perfectly.
And lastly, I’ve got to mention their signature dessert: a gigantic slice of Nutella Pie! This heavenly treat will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Sweet and creamy Nutella spread onto a light crispy crust- what more could you want?
If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Flushing- look no further than Piccolo Sogno! With its flavorful pizzas and unique desserts, there’s something for everyone here!

- Nice tourist spot
The first thing that caught my eye when I walked in was the open kitchen, where I could see dough being rolled out and fresh ingredients being piled sky high on the pizzas. The inviting aromas of garlic, oregano and bubbling cheese swept through the whole restaurant.
I decided to get their signature Brother’s Pizza – a mix of sweet Italian sausage, red and yellow peppers, fresh onions and mushrooms. It was heavenly! The crust was just perfect – not too soft or crunchy – and they were generous with the toppings.
To top it off, the staff at Brother’s Pizza were super friendly! They had me laughing all night long and made sure that everyone was taken care of.

The atmosphere is great; you get a real feel for the local culture, and there’s always a friendly face around to lend a helping hand. The menu has a wonderful selection of pizzas as well as other Italian dishes, so there’s something for everyone.
The pizza itself was delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy and just the right amount of chewy. The cheese was melted to perfection with just the right amount of gooeyness. And the toppings? Oh my gosh, they were awesome! Each topping brought its own flavor that blended together perfectly with the rest to make an amazing pizza experience.
Service-wise, I have nothing but good things to say; they were incredibly efficient while still being friendly and accommodating. They even packed some pizza slices up for me to take home on my travels!
Overall, X-tra Cheese Pizza definitely ticked all the boxes for me. If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Flushing then this place should be your first stop!
#4 Vinny’s
I always get the same thing when I come here – their signature Vinny’s Special pizza. It is loaded with pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. I love the combination of flavors – it seems like no other pizza even comes close.
The crust is perfectly crispy and crunchy – just how I like it. And the sauce? Super flavorful with a nice zing that really lifts the flavor profile. The cheese is also spot on – it melts just right and nicely coats each slice with just enough flavor.
The service here is top notch as well. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile from the staff who seem genuinely happy to be serving me some of the best pizza in Flushing.

I’ve heard so much about this place from locals and friends that I had to check it out for myself. I was not disappointed! The atmosphere was really warm and inviting, with fresh aromas of pizza and Italian dishes wafting in the air.
The service was great, with friendly staff taking orders quickly and efficiently. The menu is varied, offering classic Italian food as well as a great selection of pizzas. We opted for an 11” Margherita pizza, which was cooked to perfection – thin crust with just the right amount of charring around the edges, juicy tomatoes and gooey mozzarella blending perfectly together.
The best part of Michael & Sons Italian Food & Pizza is their homemade sauce. It’s tangy and flavourful, yet not overpowering – a perfect accompaniment to all their dishes. The pizza here is excellent – the crust is deliciously crunchy and chewy, the sauce has just the right amount of oomph to it, and the toppings are cooked perfectly. The place has a cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to find yourself hanging around for hours.

#8 Amore
- Serves alcohol
- Nice tourist spot
I visited Amore last week and had one of the most memorable pizza experiences of my life. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was cozy and the decor made me feel right at home.
The pizza here is nothing short of amazing! I opted for their classic marinara – and it did not disappoint! The dough was just thick enough to give it that sweet crunch, but not too thick that it felt like I was eating cardboard. The tomato sauce had just the right amount of balance between sweet and savory – something you don’t find often in other pizzerias around town. The cheese pulled together all these flavor profiles perfectly!
All in all, Amore serves up some of the best pizza in Flushing. If you haven’t been there yet, you’re missing out on a delicious experience!

#11 Fratelli’s Pizzeria
The atmosphere of Fratelli’s is warm and inviting, which adds to the overall eating experience. It never feels rushed or cramped – in fact, it can get quite lively at times with the friendly chatter of customers and staff!
As for their pizza – wow! From thick-crusted Sicilian pies to thin-and-crispy New York style, they’ve really got it all. But their specialty is definitely the classic Neapolitan pizza. The crust is light and fluffy yet crispy around the edges and topped with a blend of delicious ingredients that make for an unforgettable flavor. Plus, they’re always generous with their toppings!
To top it off (pardon the pun), the prices are very affordable – you’d be hard pressed to find better value for your money elsewhere.
