#1 Corbos Pasta and Pizza House
The welcoming atmosphere, the mouthwatering aromas and the friendly staff had me feeling right at home. I ordered the Corbos Special, a pizza loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and green peppers that was truly divine. The crust was light and crispy while still being soft enough to fold in my hands. The sauce was full of flavor without being overpowering and the cheese melted perfectly.
My experience didn’t end with just the pizza though! Corbos also has a great selection of pastas for those looking for something different. The lasagna I tried was one of the best I’ve ever had; it was cooked perfectly al dente and the meaty sauce loaded with cheese gave it a rich depth of flavor that is hard to find elsewhere.
I’ll definitely be returning to Corbos soon—it’s easily one of my favorite places in Little Italy Cleveland. If you’re looking for incredible food and an excellent atmosphere, this is definitely one stop you don’t want to miss!
