On my first visit to the restaurant, I was immediately impressed by the welcoming ambiance and friendly staff. The pizza chef, Pietro himself, is a master of his craft – not only offering classic Neapolitan-style pizzas, but also experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.

I sampled a variety of their pies including their specialty Margherita: made with buffalo mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano and fresh basil with thick crust and extra cheese. The flavor was out of this world! I also tried their Sausage and Truffle pizza which had generous amounts of Italian sausage balanced out by a delightful truffle aroma that complemented the main topping perfectly.

My favorite part about Pietro’s experience was undoubtedly the wood fired oven located in the center of the restaurant. Watching pizza after pizza come out of this fiery inferno kept me mesmerized throughout my meal!
