When I entered the restaurant, I was instantly inspired by the wide range of pizza styles available for order. From classic Italian recipes to unique specials that you’d never find anywhere else, it’s clear that Pieology isn’t afraid to get creative.

The best part of my visit was definitely the food. Each slice was perfectly crispy on the outside and doughy deliciousness on the inside. The variety of topping combinations seemed endless and each one tasted just as heavenly as the last.

The staff at Pieology were also incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs throughout my visit. They made sure I had everything I needed without getting in my way or taking too long to return with items I requested.

The ambiance can only be described as ‘eclectic,’ with walls covered in colorful graffiti and an open kitchen where you can watch your pizza being made before your eyes. But it’s the pizza that made me write this review!

From the first bite of their doughy, cheesy goodness, I was hooked. The flavor was so unique – there was a hint of garlic and a smokiness that reminded me of my travels to Italy. The combination of tomato sauce, cheese, and other toppings is perfectly balanced and tastes like no other pizza I’ve had before.

#10 Original Pete’s Roseville – Foothills Blvd

As soon as I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza was enough to make my mouth water. The staff were friendly and helpful with their suggestions, so I went ahead and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. When it arrived, it looked delicious – the dough was golden brown and the toppings fresh and cheesy.

The pizza itself was out of this world! The crust was light and crispy yet still held firm when bitten into. And the pepperoni topping…it was like nothing I’ve tasted before! Savory and juicy, it was oozing with flavor that really made the dish come alive.

I also sampled a few of their appetizers on the side – especially their garlic knots. They were piping hot from the oven and had just a hint of garlic that gave each bite an extra zing.

From the moment I walked into this family-run restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The decor was bright and inviting and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The highlight of my visit was the pizza. It was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The crust was fluffy yet crisp, with just the right amount of crunch. Furthermore, the toppings were perfectly balanced and had a great blend of flavors that made my mouth water with delight.
