I’m talking mouth-watering, melt-in-your-mouth pizza that practically jumps off the plate and into your mouth. It’s that good!

The atmosphere is great too – a cozy Italian spot with all the authentic touches – brick walls, white tablecloths, and candles to set the mood.

The staff is friendly, attentive and eager to please. The head chef has been making pizza for years and it shows in his expertise. I can tell he takes pride in his work and you can taste it in every bite of pizza.

My favorite pizza at Tutt’Appost is their spicy sausage slices – each piece comes loaded with fresh vegetables, cheese and of course, plenty of delicious meaty sausage. Yum!

From the first bite, I could tell that their pizza was unlike any I’ve ever tried before. The dough was light, yet crunchy, and the sauce was bursting with flavor. To top it off, they had an amazing variety of toppings – from pepperoni to eggplant – all of them bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked.

The atmosphere at Norm’s Pizza is also top-notch. The restaurant has a very homey feel and is always filled with friendly staff and customers. In addition, Norm’s offers a variety of beers on tap that pair perfectly with their pizza.

Where Norm’s Pizza really excels is in their prices. They offer some of the best deals around – from whole pizzas for only $10, to slices for just a few dollars each!

First, the crust is simply perfect. It’s crisp yet still pliable, just the way I like it. The sauce has layers of flavor and even a hint of smokiness. And each slice is topped with an abundant variety of toppings, all cooked to perfection!

The chef’s special pizza – the margherita – is one of my favorites. Sliced tomatoes and mozzarella lovingly top this beauty and they are so fresh you can taste the difference! The cheeses are also nothing short of spectacular. Gooey and rich with a distinct tanginess that lingers on your palate long after you finish.

Finally, the ambiance in this place really brings it all together. There’s always live music playing when I visit, which takes me back to the old-school Italian pizza places I used to frequent in Italy. Plus, you can’t beat their selection of craft beers and wines.

The atmosphere was great, there were plenty of TVs playing all the latest sports, so it’s a great place to watch the game and enjoy some pizza at the same time. And if you need to wind down after an intense game, American Cheez has you covered with their selection of alcohol–yes, even hard liquor!

Unfortunately for those that can’t make it down to the restaurant, American Cheez doesn’t offer delivery. Bummer! That being said I don’t think that really takes away from their incredible pizza. The crust was nice and thin with just the right amount of charring from the oven and the toppings were extremely fresh and flavorful. There truly is no better pizza in Park Slope Brooklyn–at least not according to this traveling food critic!

Now, I don’t say that lightly. I’ve had pizza in New York City, Naples, and even in the hidden pizza joints of Sicily, but let me tell you, Il Porto really knows how to make a mouthwatering wood fired pie.

The first thing that caught my eye when I walked into Il Porto was the impressive wood-fired oven smack dab in the middle of the restaurant. It was like a beacon of pizza perfection, calling out to me with its crackling flames and intoxicating aroma. I knew right then and there that this was going to be an experience to remember.

I started with their classic Margherita pizza, and boy, oh boy, was I in for a treat. The crust had that perfect char, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way a wood fired pizza should be. The sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the cheese…oh, let me tell you about the cheese! It was gooey, melty, and absolutely heavenly. I could have eaten an entire pizza on my own, but I had to save room for more.

Next, I tried their speciality pizza, the Buffalo Chicken. Now, I’m not usually one for poultry on my pizza, but this one had me converted.
